Age 18 years and above
American Society of Anesthesiologists physical grade I, II, III
Exclusion Criteria
Decreased mouth opening
Patients with limited neck movements
Cervical spine pathology
Oral cavity mass
Pregnant woman
Risk of aspiration (full stomach, hiatus hernia, emergency surgery, gastroesophageal reflux disease)
History of radiotherapy to neck region
Poor dentition
