Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients fulfilling the criteria for bipolar disorder as per the DSM\-5 based on a semi\-structured clinical interview, 2\) age more than 18 years, 3\) duration of illness \- at least 10 years, 4\) either gender, 5\) able to read Kannada/English, 6\) provided written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with evidence of organic brain syndrome or intellectual disability, 2\) bipolar disorder secondary to any organic causex, 3\) unwilling to participate in study, 4\) violent/ uncooperative patients, 5\) Medically not fit to participate.
