Inclusion Criteria

Undergraduate nutrition students and their families (over 12 years old)
Completion of informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy and lactation
Suffering from cancer
Suffering from autoimmune diseases
Suffering from inflammatory bowel disease
Chronic or acute kidney disease (creatinine = 1.4 mg / dL for men or = 1.3 for women or proteinuria)
Hospitalization for more than 2 weeks
