Inclusion Criteria
1.DRUJ instability suppose TFCC repair with
1.1Traumatic DRUJ instability
1.2Distal end radius fracture with DRUJ instability
1.3Galeazzi fracture DRUJ instability
2. Age above 20 years
Exclusion Criteria
Non operative treatment of fracture.
Multiple trauma
Open fracture
Non-union fracture
History of abnormal movement of wrist and elbow joint
Refuse to involve in research
