Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •65 kerla and 90 female maharashtrian nurses working in hospitals in the age group of 30 to 50 years. The Staff and Bedside Nurses working in hospital in Mumbai metropolitan region will be selected by convenience sampling.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Female Nurses below 30 years and above 50 years had not been included. The nurses working higher or lower the above mentioned post and also away from city limits had been excluded.
