Male and female students studying for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree
Aged between 18-25 years
Apparently healthy
Residing in Mumbai
Exclusion Criteria
Secondary and Higher Secondary studying
Students with known chronic diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune disease, psychiatric illnesses, on enteral or parenteral nutrition support
Pregnant and lactating women
