Inclusion Criteria
- •Male and female students studying for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree
- •Aged between 18\-25 years
- •Apparently healthy
- •Residing in Mumbai
Exclusion Criteria
- •Secondary and Higher Secondary studying
- •Students with known chronic diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune disease, psychiatric illnesses, on enteral or parenteral nutrition support
- •Pregnant and lactating women
