入选标准
- •ASA 1 or 2 women with term, uncomplicated, singleton pregnancy scheduled to undergo elective and emergency caesarean section
- •- Systolic blood pressure: 100 to 150 mm of Hg
- •- Diastolic blood pressure: 70 to 90 mm of Hg
排除标准
- •- Patient refusal to participate in study
- •- Absolute and relative contraindication to spinal anesthesia
- •- Pregnancy induced hypertension, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia etc..
- •- CVS (e.g. valvular heart disease) and CNS(e.g. cv stroke) abnormalities
- •- Diabetes Mellitus (Random blood sugar >140 mg/dl)
- •- Fetal (e.g. macrocephaly) and placental abnormalities(e.g. placenta previa)
- •- Sensitivity to local anaesthetic agent used in study
