Inclusion Criteria
400 pregnant women of ASA I-II physical status scheduled for elective or emergency caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having pre-existing back pain, history of previous spine surgery, and history of chronic pain, ASA PS III or more will be excluded from this study.
