入排标准
入选标准
- •1. All open spine surgeries.
- •2. Patients with age 18 years and greater.
- •3. Patients with low risk of anaesthesia related complications( i.e. ASA I and ASA II patients ).
- •will be enrolled for the study.
排除标准
- •1.Minimally invasive spine surgeries and unilateral single level fenestration discectomies.
- •2.Patients with age less than 18 years.
- •3.Patients with blood dyscrasias ,coagulation profile abnormality and renal disorders.
- •4.Patients with high risk of anaesthesia related complications ASA III and ASA IV patients.
- •5.Duration of surgery more than 6 hours.
- •6.Patients on medication which can interfere with tranexamic acid such as aspirin ,clopidogrel , dabigatran , heparin , enoxaparin , fondaparinux.
- •will be excluded from the study.
