入选标准
- •1)healthy women age 19-45 years
- •2)diagnose an endometrioma size at least 3 cm in diameter but less than 10 cm and scheduled for unilateral laparoscopic cystectomy
- •3)No history of oral hormone within 3 months and no treatment history of รับ depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist 9 months before surgery
- •4)no contraindication for Ethinyl estradiol à¹à¸¥à¸°Desogestrel
- •5)no desire for a child
排除标准
- •1. women in menopause period
- •2. Pregnant women
- •3. Suspected ovarian cancer
- •4. Endometrioma larger than 10 cm in diameter
- •5. Previous history of adnexal or ovarian surgery
