- •Patients with severe spontaneous epistaxis; indication of surgical treatment; both genders; 18-90 years-old.
排除标准
- •Formal contraindications to the use of tranexamic acid; acute vaso-occlusive disease; active intravascular coagulation; hypersensitivity to the components of the formula; known coagulopathy; use of oral anticoagulants; altered coagulation tests; use of the drug on the 7 days before inclusion in the study; patient's refusal to participate in the study;
