The criteria for selection of subjects for this study are as follows. Adult men and women (aged 20-39) in single-person households who are normal or obese, with a body mass index (BMI) of less than 25 kg/m2 as normal and over 25 kg/m2 as obese. In addition, those who did not engage in steady physical activity or exercise habits for 6 months from the date of the experiment were considered.
The recruitment method of this study subject is as follows. Recruitment will be made through individual contact and notice on the campus bulletin board. Before participating in the experiment, the research subjects must fully understand the purpose of this study and participate in the study after fully explaining the information and procedures related to the experiment. It will be conducted after obtaining consent to participate in the study.
The criteria for exclusion of the subjects of this study are as follows. Subjects who are unable to perform aerobic exercise according to the medical opinion of experts are excluded from the experiment, and patients with diseases that require insulin and drugs (diabetes, etc.) are also excluded from the experiment.
