Diabetes mellitus diagnosed by:
The symptoms of diabetes (polyphagia, polydipsia, polyuria) are present, and diabetes is defined by random blood sugar levels of 200 mg/dL or higher, fasting blood sugar levels of 126 mg/dL or higher, 2-hour blood sugar levels during an oral glucose tolerance test of 200 mg/dL or higher, and an HbA1c level of 6.5% or higher
Individuals with ketosis at the time of participation
Those with a family history of diabetes spanning multiple generations and diagnosed with MODY (Maturity-Onset Diabetes of the Young) through genetic testing
Subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the researchers
