? patients with idiopathic scoliosis aged 10-18 years; ? 10° = Cobb angle = 45°; ? no adverse reaction to exercise; ? patients who have not worn a brace; ? signed informed consent; ? female patients who have not had their first menstrual period or have had their first menstrual period for one year.
? patients with recurrence of severe scoliosis after surgery; ? patients who did not complete the established course of treatment; ? female patients with the onset of menstruation during the period of intervention treatment.
