Inclusion Criteria

Male over 18-years of age
Symptoms of rapid ejaculation for > 6-months
Capable of independently completing the questionnaire
The subject has given informed consent, for which he has signed and dated the informed consent form
The subject must be in a stable relationship for more than 6 months
The subject must have only one sexual partner
Must attempt sexual intercourse 2-3 times per week (minimum 8 times per month

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals currently undergoing psychiatric treatment
New casual relationships
Contra-indications for SSRIs
MAOI use
Poorly controlled epilepsy
Concurrent electro-convulsive therapy
History of maniaHepatic or renal impairment
Retroviral Medication
Treatment for rapid ejaculation within the last 3 monthsILET > 3 minutes
