- •Patients of age 18 or above who have impacted third molar which is indicated for removal under local anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. patients who are on antibiotics and analgesics pre-operatively.
- •2. patients who are on steroidal therapy.
- •3. patients who are allergic to the antibiotics and pain killers.
- •4. patients with pre existing systemic inflammatory disorders.
- •5. patients with previous or existing cardiovascular diseases, smokers, diabetes mellitus.
- •6. patients having periodontitis.
- •7. patients who has h/o peptic ulcer/ gastric ulcer / GI bleeding/ renal disorders.
