Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria
- •1\. Patients between age of 18 and 60 yrs
- •2\. ASA grade 1 and 2
- •3\. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia .
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2\. Patients in ASA grade III \& above
- •3\. Patients having BMI \>30
- •4\. Pregnancy
- •5\. Patients on chronic treatment with steroids
- •6\. Cognitive impairment or communication problems
- •7\. surgical duration less than 30 minutes and more than 2 hours
