- •Inclusion criteria
- •1. Patients between age of 18 and 60 yrs
- •2. ASA grade 1 and 2
- •3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia .
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2. Patients in ASA grade III & above
- •3. Patients having BMI >30
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. Patients on chronic treatment with steroids
- •6. Cognitive impairment or communication problems
- •7. surgical duration less than 30 minutes and more than 2 hours
