Inclusion Criteria
1 Clinically detectable Pseudoexfoliative syndrome >40 yrs of age
2 Visually significant age related cataract
3 Able & willing to give informed consent will be included
Exclusion Criteria
1 Age <40 yrs
2 Previous intraocular surgery
3 Traumatic cataract / Complicated Cataract
4 Corneal opacities , dystrophies, degenerations
5 Signs of Ongoing or previous intraocular inflammation
