To study the changes in eustachian tube which is a tube connecting the ear and the oral cavity in oral submucous fibrosis patients who suffer from reduced mouth opening due to habits like tobacco chewing before and after their surgery using hearing scans called audiometry and CTScans of the patient

Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed clinically and histopathologically as having Grade 3 and Grade 4
OSMF based on More et al classification.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients diagnosed as having Grade 1 and Grade 2 OSMF based on More et al classification.
2) Patients with any other etiology for trismus. Eg. TMJ problems.
3) Patients with any other ear abnormalities or ear, nose, and throat (ENT) diseases.
4) Patients using hearing aids.
