Inclusion Criteria
1. Reproductive age women that was Levonorgestrel implant user.
2. Aged 18 -40 years
3. No underlying disease or contraindication for hormonal contraceptive methods
4. Can read and write in Thai
Exclusion Criteria
1. Breast feeding women or postpartum in 6 months
2. The women that have been use implant contraception before
3. Abnormal vaginal bleeding before use contraceptive implant
4. Allergic to folic acid
