- •Planned for elective lower limb surgeries
排除标准
- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients with co morbidities like hypertension and diabetes
- •Patient having contraindications to SAB
- •Weight more than 100kg and less than 30kg
- •Patients receiving CNS depressant drugs
- •Patient having cardiac renal respiratory disease
- •H/o adverse reactions to Ropivacaine and Nalbuphine
