- •Having at least one encounter with a brain dead patient
- •Lack of previous training in this field
- •Interested in participating in research
Exclusion Criteria
- •Nurses who are in plan period and have less than one month left of their plan period
- •They have the possibility of changing the workplace from the intensive care units, or transferring to another city
