Inclusion Criteria
1.Women aged 15 to 40 yr both married and
unmarried ,
2.Three criteria from the following confirms the
diagnosis.
female waist >35inch.
TG >150mg/dL.
HDL <50mg/dL
BP >130/85 mm of hg,
FBS 110-125mg/dl
2 hour OGTT 140-199mg/dl
3. Patient able to participate in the study and
ready to follow instruction.

Exclusion Criteria
o Pregnant women and lactating mother
o Significant cardiovascular /pulmonary/
hepato-renal dysfunction.
o Known case of immune-compromised state
(AIDS/Malignancies/Autoimmune diseases)
