1. Meet the ichd-3beta diagnostic criteria issued by the international headache society (IHS) in 2018;
2. CT or MRI of the skull was normal, with neurologic examination (-);
3. Aged 18-55 years;
4. Those who are aware of the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
1. Patients with otogenic vertigo, cervical vertigo, vertigo epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and other metabolic disorders;
2. Patients with recent infection and other inflammatory reactions;
3. Patients who have taken traditional Chinese medicine for pain relief or proprietary Chinese medicine for nearly 2 weeks, those who have taken short-acting painkillers (except traditional Chinese medicine and proprietary Chinese medicine) for less than 5 half-lives, and those who have taken vitamin B supplements for nearly 1 month;
4. Patients with other organic diseases and tumors; Patients with diet and malnutrition and perinatal women.
