1) Willing to sign a written informed consent form;
2) Aged 18-75 years, regardless of gender;
3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic constipation: the course of disease is at least 6 months, symptoms include 2 or more of the following: > 25% of defecation is laborious; > 25% of defecation is dry ball or hard defecation; > 25% of defecation has a sense of anorectal obstruction / obstruction; > 25% of defecation requires manual assistance. Spontaneous defecation less than 3 times a week.
1) History of malignant tumors;
2) chronic constipation caused by drugs, such as opioids, antidepressants, antiepileptic drugs, etc.;
3) severe cardio-cerebrovascular diseases;
4) history of abdominal surgery within 6 months (except appendectomy, cholecystectomy and cesarean section);
5) cognitive impairment, aphasia, mental disorders or diseases that may affect patient cooperation.
6) patients during pregnancy, preparation for pregnancy or lactation;
7) familiarity with acupuncture treatment, acupoint selection or meridians;
8) skin diseases that affect electrode fixation;
9) patients who researchers believe are not suitable to participate.
