1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of China's guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018, and confirmed by CT or MRI;
2. Male and female, right handedness habit, patients between 30-80 years old;
3. The patients with the first onset or the past history of stroke but without neurological dysfunction (MRS <= 2 points);
4. Patients within 2 weeks to 3 months after the onset of cerebral infarction;
5. Patients with abnormal limb motor function in this disease, muscle strength >= level III (including level III);
6. Patients with hemiplegia of lower limbs and able to walk more than 6 meters independently;
7. Patients whose blood pressure is stable below 160 / 90mmHg;
8. Patients who are able to cooperate with the research project and have MMSE >= 24 in simple intelligent mental state examination;
9. Before the start of the project, the patients who have not received the standardized rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;
10. Patients who have no previous experience of Taijiquan exercise;
11. The patient or his guardian agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form to participate in the study.
1. Patients with joint diseases that affect the motor function of limbs;
2. Patients with skin or muscle lesions affecting the electromyography;
3. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction but have been treated by thrombolysis or operation;
4. Patients with severe abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs and blood system;
5. Patients with moderate or severe cognitive understanding or visual impairment who cannot cooperate with the rehabilitation treatment and examination;
6. Women with pregnancy or lactation at the same time;
7. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
