1. Aged 35 to 70 years;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction, with head CT or MRI to identify the infarct focus;
3. Exclude the history of previously diagnosed cerebral infarction;
4. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) < 8 points;
5. The clinical dementia rating scale (CDR) score of all patients is 0.5 points;
6. Daily Living Ability Scale (ADL) > 60 points, basic self-care;
7. MMSE score for illiteracy >= 13 points, elementary school education >= 19 points, middle school education or above >=24 points;
8. For the total score of MoCA, the number of years of education is >= 12 years and less than 26 points; the number of years of education is less than 12 years and less than 25 points, and refer to the baseline assumptions in the expert management consensus on cognitive impairment after stroke.
1. Or family members complained of cognitive decline before cerebral infarction, or cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons;
2. Patients who are unable to cooperate due to coma, mental disorders and other reasons;
3. Those who have taken drugs to improve cognitive function before screening.
