Female patients aged 20-60 years with American Society of Anesthesiologists- physical status I
and II, scheduled to undergo MRM for carcinoma breast under general anaesthesia (GA)
1. Not willing to give consent
2. With infection at the needle insertion site
3. With known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic agent
4. With bleeding disorder or on anticoagulant
5. With BMI > 30 kg/m²
6. With musculoskeletal disorder
7. With chest wall deformity
8. With pregnancy or lactation
9. With difficult airway
