ASA physical status I/II
-Undergoing arthroscopic knee surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
-Patient with history of allergy to any of the study drugs
-Body mass index > 35 kg/m2
-opioid abuse
-fungal/viral /local infection
-hypertensive disorders
-psychiatric illness
