- •age 18-90 years
- •end stage renal disease, hemodialysis since >=3 months
- •diuresis> 100ml/d with furosemide
- •furosemide dosage >=500mg a day
- •patient can collect 24h urine
排除标准
- •sevelamer is contraindicated
- •already using sevelamer
- •cardiovascular instability
- •clinically overhydrated
- •engaged in medication research within 1 month prior to inclusion
