Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA-I & II physical status
2.Elective Surgery duration of up to 1 hour under subarachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal to participate
2.Coagulopathies
3.Infection or sepsis at the site of subarachnoid block
4.Allergic to local anesthetic drugs and intravenous lipid emulsion
5.Evidence of proven psychiatric illness
6.History of adverse outcomes in postop period after previous surgery
7.Presence of severe disabling diseases (ASA 4 and ASA 5 Grade)

Name Time Method 1.Is there reversal of sensory and motor blockade of subarachnoid block after administering intravenous lipid emulsion (ILE) in patients undergoing elective surgery under spinal anesthesia or not. <br/ ><br>2.Time duration of sensory and motor blockade of subarachnoid block after administering intravenous lipid emulsion in patients undergoing elective surgery under spinal anesthesia. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Till 2 hour 30 minutes of immediate post operative period

Name Time Method 1.Complications if any after administering intralipids. <br/ ><br>2.Pain scores <br/ ><br>3.Time required to shift the patient from PACU to ward. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 2 hours 30 minutes of immediate post operative period
