- •1. Adults patients (>= 18 years of age) presenting to the emergency department of AIIMS New Delhi
- •2. Moderate to severe symptoms of organophosphate poisoning (according to Peradeniya score)
- •3. Patients or legally authorized representative of patient willing to give consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients presenting with cardiac arrest
- •2. Pregnant patients
- •3. Patients with chronic kidney disease and/or chronic liver disease
- •4. Patients with known allergy to soyabean oil
