1.Singleton pregnancy
2.History of Prior Spontaneous Preterm Birth
3.First visit at antenatal care unit of Rayong hospital before 16 weeks gestational age
4. Use vaginal progesterone
1.Start vaginal progesterone after gestational age 18 week
2. Loss follow up or denied use vaginal progesterone continueusly
3. The Fetus had severe anormally or genetic syndrome that need temination of prenancy
4. Problem of cervix uteri or Uterus such as congenital malformaion, Status post LEEP, Emdometriosis of uterus
5.Obstretric complications that need temination of prenancy such as Severe preeclampsia, Fetal distress
6.Medical complications that need temination of prenancy such as heart failure, servere pulmonary disease
7.Contraindication for use Progesterone
