Name Time Method To compare the effects of 6 weeks of traditional aerobic exercise and sprint interval training on anxiety & stress as measured by DASS scale in subjects of Prediabetes.Timepoint: before start of study, weeks 6 and 3 months.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare the effects of 6 weeks of aerobic training and Sprint Interval Training on biochemical markers of stress i.e. serum cortisol, serum cholesterol and blood urea nitrogen in subjects of PrediabetesTimepoint: before start of study, weeks 6 and 3 months.
