Inclusion Criteria
All intubated patients in the General ICU are expected to be ventilator-dependent for more than 48 hours.
Exclusion Criteria
Myopathy
Ischemic heart problems
Cardiac arrhythmia
Neurosurgery patients
Caffeine sensitivity
