Minimum experience of two years in the modality and to have been classified among the 10 first places in the categories of the tests realized in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Training frequency of at least 3 x per week including sessions of technical and physical training. Do not be users of anabolic steroids. Athletes consuming caffeine amounts ?300 mg.day (Fit et al., 2013).
Hypertensive athletes and those who present nausea, gastritis and osteomioarticular lesions will be excluded during the experiment.

Name Time Method Mean heart rate difference (analyzed by heart rate, ventilatory parameters) and output power (cycle on the cycle ergometer, athletes using caffeine or placebo).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase (10%) in blood lactate concentration, as measured by laboratory analysis after caffeine intervention and placebo.
