Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of chronic renal failure and need to dialysis by the physician in attendance
Record of dialysis for 6 months
Full awareness of the research objectives
Willing for listening to music during analysis
Exclusion Criteria
Having no audition problem
Having no history of mental problems requiring medicinal therapy
Having no disabling physical diseases
Over the past 6 months, they have not been using psychosocial Drugs

Name Time Method Anxiety. Timepoint: Once before the intervention and the second time 12 sessions after listening to the music (3 days a week) for one month. Method of measurement: Beck Anxiety Inventory.;Fatigue. Timepoint: Once before the intervention and the second time 12 sessions after listening to the music (3 days a week) for one month. Method of measurement: Fatigue Severity Scale.
