Patients with chronical pain (Age > 18), diagnosis pain (ICD-10: F45.x, M53.x, M54.x, M79.x, R10.x, R52.x). Duration of pain > 0 month. Driving licence. Constant use of medication within the last two weeks.
Healthy control Group: Kontrollgruppe (Age > 18), no psychiatric diagnosis. Driving licence.
Intellectual disability (IQ = 85). Neurological diseases with effects on cognitive functions. Loss of physical condition and sense physiology. Use of drugs within the last two weeks. Informed Agreement.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method europsychological Performance (alertness, divided Attention, selective Attention, working Memory, planning, Response Inhibition), psychopathology and functional outcome were assessed. Furthermore driving ability is verified in a driving Simulator.
