Inclusion Criteria

Patients with chronical pain (Age > 18), diagnosis pain (ICD-10: F45.x, M53.x, M54.x, M79.x, R10.x, R52.x). Duration of pain > 0 month. Driving licence. Constant use of medication within the last two weeks.

Healthy control Group: Kontrollgruppe (Age > 18), no psychiatric diagnosis. Driving licence.

Exclusion Criteria

Intellectual disability (IQ = 85). Neurological diseases with effects on cognitive functions. Loss of physical condition and sense physiology. Use of drugs within the last two weeks. Informed Agreement.

Primary Outcome Measures

europsychological Performance (alertness, divided Attention, selective Attention, working Memory, planning, Response Inhibition), psychopathology and functional outcome were assessed. Furthermore driving ability is verified in a driving Simulator.
