1)people who was between 18 and 75 years of age.
2)people who has at least 3 times per week of spontaneous bowel motility
1)patient with surgical abdomen
2)patient with active inflammation of bowel
3)patient with bowel obstruction or ileus
4)patient with acute peptic ulcer
5)patient with cardiac disease
- cardiac arrhythmia, uncontrolled angina, acute myocardial infarction within recent three months, congestive heart failure
6) patient with renal failure or electrolyte imbalance
7) patient with history of colorectal or gastrointestinal surgery
