Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)people who was between 18 and 75 years of age.
- •2\)people who has at least 3 times per week of spontaneous bowel motility
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)patient with surgical abdomen
- •2\)patient with active inflammation of bowel
- •3\)patient with bowel obstruction or ileus
- •4\)patient with acute peptic ulcer
- •5\)patient with cardiac disease
- •\- cardiac arrhythmia, uncontrolled angina, acute myocardial infarction within recent three months, congestive heart failure
- •6\) patient with renal failure or electrolyte imbalance
- •7\) patient with history of colorectal or gastrointestinal surgery
