Inclusion Criteria
1. Clinically diagnosed with mild, moderate of COPD, as defined by GOLD COPD.
2. Aged >= 40 years.
3. Able to walk independently.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Acute exacerbation within 4 weeks before start study.
2. Having significant psychological, cognitive impairment, cardiovascular, cancer, TB, asthma, musculoskeletal.
