- •1. Malignant neoplasm at surgical site
- •2. Exposed bone, vessels or tendons
- •3. Exposed material or implant
- •4. Chronic wound
- •5. Infection or necrotic tissue on wound
- •6. Uncontrolled diabetes
- •7. Peripheral vascular disease
- •8. Uncontrolled psychiatric disorder
- •9. Severe malnutrition
