Inclusion Criteria
Patients who have acute wound that cannot be closed with primary closure.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Malignant neoplasm at surgical site
2. Exposed bone, vessels or tendons
3. Exposed material or implant
4. Chronic wound
5. Infection or necrotic tissue on wound
6. Uncontrolled diabetes
7. Peripheral vascular disease
8. Uncontrolled psychiatric disorder
9. Severe malnutrition
10. Uncooperative patients
