Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All gender participants age between 20 and above with calcaneal heel pain.
- •First \- step pain in morning
- •Heel pain during weight\-bearing activities
- •Patients with the ability to understand the instructions or complete the questionnaire’s
- •Required patients to have a point of maximal tenderness on Clinical examination over the medial tubercle of the calcaneus
- •participants willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Diagnosed with any Neural disorders of lower limb
- •Any trauma or localised infection in ankle region.
- •Trypanophobia (fear of needle).
- •Diagnosed with malignancies.
- •There must be no prior history of dry needling or acupuncture treatment in the previous three months.
