Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All gender participants age between 20 and above with calcaneal heel pain.
  • •First \- step pain in morning
  • •Heel pain during weight\-bearing activities
  • •Patients with the ability to understand the instructions or complete the questionnaire’s
  • •Required patients to have a point of maximal tenderness on Clinical examination over the medial tubercle of the calcaneus
  • •participants willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Rheumatoid arthritis
  • •Diagnosed with any Neural disorders of lower limb
  • •Any trauma or localised infection in ankle region.
  • •Trypanophobia (fear of needle).
  • •Diagnosed with malignancies.
  • •There must be no prior history of dry needling or acupuncture treatment in the previous three months.
