Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All gender participants age between 20 and above with calcaneal heel pain.
  • First \- step pain in morning
  • Heel pain during weight\-bearing activities
  • Patients with the ability to understand the instructions or complete the questionnaire’s
  • Required patients to have a point of maximal tenderness on Clinical examination over the medial tubercle of the calcaneus
  • participants willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Diagnosed with any Neural disorders of lower limb
  • Any trauma or localised infection in ankle region.
  • Trypanophobia (fear of needle).
  • Diagnosed with malignancies.
  • There must be no prior history of dry needling or acupuncture treatment in the previous three months.
