入选标准
- •Patients in age group of 18-42 years with regular cycles (21-35 days) with MBL > 80 ml and DOB >7 days for 2 out of 3 consecutive cycles
- •Patients with PBAC score >1001
- •Patients with thickened endometrium and adenomyosis
- •Patients with uterine fibroid <3 in number and <3 cm in size.
- •Patient with non-specific cause of HMB
- •Patient with mild to moderate anemia with iron supplementation
排除标准
- •HTN, DM & Thyroid dysfunction
- •Bleeding disorders, severe anemia (Hb <7gm%) and malignancy
- •Surgical causes of HMB
- •H/o hormonal contraceptives in last 3 months
