Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \>\= 18 years old
- •\- AKI stage 2 (KDIGO criteria) with cardiorenal syndrome type1
- •\- Respiratory failure (on ETT and need mechanical ventilator)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Secondary peritonitis
- •\- Need emergency dialysis (K\>6 mEq/L, HCO3 \< 12 mmol/L, FiO2/PaO2 \< 200 with pulmonary edema, physician judgement that required emergency dialysis)
- •\- Morbid obesity (BMI \> 35 kg/m2\)
- •\- CKD stage 4\-5
- •\- Active infection with sepsis
