Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.BMI between 15 to 18\.5 kg per meter square
- •2\.volunteers with low body weight (15\-20% below than normal for their age and height).
- •3\.After screening for covid\-19\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Autoimmune disorders like AIDS,Tuberculosis,malignancy.
- •2\.Endocrine dysfunctions like hyperthyroidism.
- •3\.pregnant and lactating women.
- •4\.consuming any protein supplement or any mass gaining product.
