Inclusion Criteria
Patients having excessive bleeding during menstrual cycle in form of quantity and duration with or without associated symptoms such as Angamard Adhoudar shool katishool
Exclusion Criteria
Any types of chronic systemic disorders- TB Cancer H/O structural abnormality and congenital anomaly in genital organs
Patients having IUCD
PNC patients Post MTP
Post D&C bleeding
Hb less than 8 gm%
