1.All patients with ASA grade 1, 2
2.Patients of either sex
3.Age 18 to 60 years
4.Patients expected to get extubated in immediate postoperative period
1. Patients refusal to participate in the study or giving consent
2. Patients with ASA grade >2
3. Patients having chronic pain or any opioid treatment
4. Patient requiring postoperative ventilation support
5. Patient with any other local or systemic infection
6. Patient with sepsis or septic shock
7. Patients on beta blockers or having bradycardiaor hypotension
8. Patient with BMI 35kg/m2
9. Patients planned for free flap reconstrucion
