Inclusion Criteria

a)Definite diagnosis of RRMS by neurologist.

b)Male and Female in the age group of 25 to 50 years

c)Subjects with history of MS relapse

d)Willingness to participate in the study

e)Subjects presently without relapse

f)Subjects consenting for yoga practice for 1 year

Exclusion Criteria

a)Person with Cardiovascular diseases

b)Person with musculoskeletal (fracture, advanced stage of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis etc.) disorders

c)Person with disease that may impede exercise or practice of yoga.

�To assess the effect of yoga practice for 12 months period in RRMS participants on Quality of Life (QOL) through SF-36. <br/ ><br>�To assess the effect of Yoga practice for 12 months period in RRMS participants on frequency of relapses in a year. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Quality of life assessed at Baseline, 3rd month, 6th month & 12th month. <br/ ><br>Frequency of relapse assessed at Baseline, 3rd month, 6th month & 12th month.

europsychological tests (Color Trails 1 &2, Verbal working memory, Visual working memory, Verbal Learning and memory (AVLT), Visual Learning and memory (CFT), Spielberg�s State Trait anxiety inventory, Patient�s Health Questionnaire for depression. <br/ ><br>�Disability through EDSS. <br/ ><br>Adding MRI (Magentic Resonance Imaging) of brain for the study.Timepoint: Neuropsychological tests at Baseline & 12th month. <br/ ><br>EDSS at Baseline, 3rd month, 6th month & 12 month. <br/ ><br>MRI for the subject will be as per NIMHANS routine clinical practice for Multiple Sclerosis(MS) subjects.
