Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Cases with Spasmodic dysmenorrhoea
- •Female unmarried patients above 12 to 30 years of age without any pelvic pathology
- •Includes cases of Spasmodic dysmenorrhoea with elevated levels of CRP Levels
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with below 12 & above 30 years of age
- •Patients with Pelvic pathology like PCOS, PID, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, etc.
- •Patients under hormonal therapy
- •Patients under non-steroidal inflammatory drugs
- •Patients undergone recent surgery with medication
- •Patients under any psychiatric treatment
- •Other inflammatory conditions & Malignant lesions will be excluded
